Deep dish pizza chicago in Chicago

The service was great! I’m not a huge fan of “deep dish pizza” but what I got last night was pretty good! Even more so, the service! #1. So far the best place on our tour of Chicago! S/o to Gio in the front for his help and expert recommendations as it was our first time experiencing something like this! I Would definitely recommend Giordano’s to anyone new to the Chi!

Vicky provided us an excellent customer sevice. She was friendly and took care of us all the time. Food was awesome as well. 100% recommended!

Deep dish pizza is one of the best pizzas we ever had. Service was good also.

There are literally no words to describe how amazing my experience was here, but I'll do my best. The service was probably the best that I had ever had. The waitress was kind and digilent. Even though it was printed practically everywhere that deep dishes took 45 min, she made sure to let us know about the wait. Now the food was beautiful. I ordered a deep dish and it was definitely worth the wait. Probably the best pizza I've ever consumed and the mozzarella bites appetizer was magical. I would eat that food every day if I could afford it. Definitely the place to go for a nice pizza dinner.

The BEST Pizza, I’ve ever had!!! Nice patio, great view! We ordered the Meat and More Meat deep dish, hot wings, cheese curds, and cheese triangles, I’ve gone to this location every time I visit Chicago!!

About a 15 - 20 minutes wait to be seated because it does get busy. The deep dish pizza does take about an hour or less to be done. Worth it though. Service was awesome. The deep dish pizza was amazing!!! The lightly breaded mozzarella triangles were delicious and the spicy chicken flat bread was perfect. Definitely come here hungry.

Love coming here when we visit Chicago for our Deep Dish Pizza. This location in downtown is in a great location and easy to find. Very friendly staff and very helpful on explaining the menu. If you order the Deep Dish don't expect to get it right away. They make it fresh and you will wait 45 minutes or longer, but they will let you know that info and order appetizers while you wait. Their pastas are also amazing as well.

Must try in Chicago. The famous the deep dish pizza. This place offers the best pizza in town and it’s like a tourist attraction. Very crowded to get in. Almost an hour wait and another hour wait to get the pizza you ordered. Such a extreme. Loved the experience and the deep dish pizza taste. I tried the deep dish chicken pesto pizza.

The bartender was very rude. My husband tried to get her attention several times before she acknowledged him. Maybe because he was black. Not a good feeling at all. The lady on the take out side was very friendly and helpful.

Vicki was great at waiting the tables! Enjoyed the spinach and cheese deep dish pizza.

Adam was the bartender when I went and he was wonderful and helpful. It's a really nice bar. Wood throughout the place, known for their pizzas, and has a very nice bar selection. They also delivery frozen pizza and sell frozen pizza there to take home and eat later. Definitely check out this place and ask if Adam is working.

The staff is working super hard and you can tell they do everything they can to get the great experience of eating here a great one. The pizza is like a big delicious cake. Its a good place with good pizza.

Caution before going, it is a long wait since it's deep dish takes a while. However, wow was that pizza good. It was a good end of our day in Chicago after the Wendella Boat Tours.

Giordanos was a wonderful restaurant with food to die for. They have classic chicago deep dish pizzas aswell as thinner ones for people who dont want the deep dish. We had a barbecue deep dish pizza and it was amazing. The flavors were fantastic and just the right amount of sweetness.

The best Giordanos location in the city and arguably the best Pizzeria too. This particular venue is really cozy but also is swarming with people almost every day. Be ready to wait in line if you are walk-in! Must have - french fries appetizer.

I have been to this place twice . It's a cozy place to spend time with your friends or family. Pizzas are really delicious and friendly stuff.

This was by far the most amazing Deep Dish pizza I have ever had. The pie is sooooo thick, so cheesy and full of goodness it's just unbelievable. I thought for sure the crust would be gewy or burnt due to how thick it is, but nope, it was perfectly done. This is truly a pizza experience that you dont want to miss. The staff was amazing, fast and friendly, the price is very fair and the overall experience was epic. Will return here again and think you will love it too.

On my first bite, I knew that it was automatically the best pizza I've ever ate. I don't live in Illinois, but one of the main reasons I wish I did, is because of this pizza. This is some seriously delicious pizza. It made my love for the pie even fonder.

While in Chicago I wanted to try a true Chicago deep dish pizza so while we were out walking we ran into Giordano’s so we went in and gave it a try. We got seated right away even through it was a Saturday night. We were told upfront by the waiter that it takes 30 to 45 minutes to cook the deep dish but all other food is about 15 minutes. The time flew by and we were eating before we know it. My husband and I shared a small and I am so glad because I was only able to eat one slice. If you love cheese you will love a deep dish pizza. The wait staff were very friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was causal.

Worth the wait! Also very reasonably priced drinks. I enjoyed the lakeshore lemonade! Our server was great dealing with the crowd of I think 15 we had. Short walk from millennium park. Plenty of space outside to hang out while you wait for a table if the weather is right. This was my first time as an adult to be in downtown Chicago & I was impressed with how well kept everything is! Thank you for the yummy ending to our trip downtown!

Best deep dish pizza! Their spaghetti is amazing too. Great good and service. I am lactose intolerant. But I finished the whole pizza. It was worth every toilet trip.

This pizza restaurant is truly a go-to spot for pizza lovers! The thin crust pizza is the best here and I liked it because the mozzarella cheese really complements it and it really tastes great. A truly mouthwatering pizza, and I want to urge you guys to try them too. It was all worth it! Strongly recommended!

We enjoyed a Chicago Classic Deep Dish Pizza. The atmosphere was wonderful. They did a great job with the Covid19 precautions. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

Waitress was real nice but it would have been helpful if she had suggested the pizza sizes and serving amounts because i ordered a small deep dish and when she brought it out it was big enough for about 4 people. Come to find out they have individual sizes and would have been exactly perfect for just one. Instead i ended up wasting majority of it.

My husband and I are in Chicago for the weekend. He suggested Giordano’s. I’m so in love with this pizza, I never want to eat it any other way. The customer service was great and the food was delicious. Their sauce is so satisfying! But what made my day was the freaking crust! I also had the tomato basil soup. If this wasn’t homemade then they had me fooled. WHAT????? Deliciousness in a bowl and on a plate!!! We’re going back before we leave. It’s a must!

Ordered for pickup. Pizza was ready on time and picking it up was super quick (important for me during Covid). The classic Chicago pie is tasty and has ridiculously amazing amounts of cheese. The small pie can feed 3 people easily. Would recommend to anyone looking for the quintessential Chicago pizza experience

If you are looking for great tasting Chicago style pizza then Giordano's is a great place to go. The facility if very clean and the pizza and salads are absolutely delicious. The only real negative is the wait which is usually over an hour but is definitely worth it. Taking the pizza home is great too if you accidentally order too much. I would suggest not reheating it though because just eating it cold tastes way better. By a landslide, Giordano's is my favorite Chicago restaurant.

You have to try their boneless wings with bbq and the deep dish pizza. The atmosphere is great with with great vibes. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Came here on a visit from Kansas City (sorry Chicago Bears lol) but we had a great experience. Vickie was our server and she did a great job. The pizza was by far the best we’ve had. Definitely recommend it and coming back!!!!

Excelent pizza. Salad and calamari are great too. Friendly staff. Indoor or outdoor dining, or takeout or delivery.

So .. where do I begin… The service here was acceptable and very friendly… Everybody seems to be working together establishment was pretty clean and very family friendly… It’s me they play very good music.. the portions are huge!.. If you are ordering a deep dish pizza repaired for along wait at something this thick takes time to cook ( its understandable at 45 minutes).. there why I have it 3 stars.. it’s purely taste for me.. this is not the taste I was expecting .. pretty much reminded me of school lunch pizza.. so the flavor for me is a HUGE letdown .. I also ordered cheesy garlic bread.. definitely not again ... the taste and texture was really off putting .. the says that came with it lacked flavor.. but once again it’s based on my taste.. being a New York guy I know my pizza ...
